UPA Boston 11th Annual User Experience Conference
Monday, May 7, 2012 at 8:00 AM (EDT)
Join us on Monday May 7th, 2012 for the eleventh UPA Boston Annual Conference at the Sheraton Boston, Boston, MA. Hear and discuss critical topics in usability and user-centered design with practitioners, students, and experts in the field. Whether a newcomer, a seasoned usability professional, or member of a product team interested in usability, this conference offers unique content and one-of-a-kind learning opportunities.
We expect more than 500 industry professionals to attend and we will close registration when full. Sign up today! This is the place to be for learning about best practices for user-centered product development, usability research, and real-world case studies from website, mobile device, software, healthcare, globalization and other fields!
32 Sessions! Amazing Speakers!
This conference has an unprecedented number of presentations going on to provide a greater diversity of session topics. The conference will have four simultaneous tracks giving you a choice of 32 presentations. Topics are relevant to thought-leaders, designers, developers, usability professionals, usability novices, and others. There's something for everyone!
This year the event will have even more sponsors giving attendees the opportunity to network and discover companies that are hiring, meet local design and usability organizations, and try out new technologies and products. Sponsors have the opportunity to host one-hour special interest groups in a dedicated room!
If you are a potential attendee of the conference and would incur financial hardship paying the registration fee, there are several options we may suggest. Volunteers and primary presenters have their registration fees waived so we invite you to sign up as a volunteer. (We expect there will be 8-10 volunteer positions available.) If neither of these options is possible, email Chris Hass and we’ll see what accommodations can be made. All inquiries will be handled with discretion.
